Hi, I’m Dr. Pooneh!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual therapy for adults. I work with those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm yet direct—I offer a supportive space while challenging you to reflect, explore, and build the independence needed for meaningful change. I help guide you toward lasting progress, focusing on creating real, meaningful change rather than keeping you in therapy for years without clear results. My focus is to help you discover your inner strength, develop self-awareness, and find your way in life with independence.
Many believe therapy is only for those with a mental health disorder, but that’s not necessarily true. Therapy can help you create a better version of yourself by identifying your values and living a more meaningful life. I don’t focus on fighting unpleasant emotions; instead, I help you face them while shifting your attention to what matters most. Witnessing my clients’ growth is incredibly fulfilling.
